Issue Position

There are numerous projects in LD 16 that can provide thousands of jobs and stimulate the economy quickly: from Gateway airport (which is the fastest growing airport in the country), to the growth of ASU Polytechnic Campus, and potential for the light rail to extend to Power Road. This doesn't even take into consideration what high speed rail can do for commuters in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and other areas of the valley. Infrastructure development creates jobs now and for the future while offering opportunities for a better quality of life and drastically improving the environmental impact on our valley.
